RFAA Instructions:
Attach two (2) hardcopies of architectural plans, photos, renderings, specifications, and color samples for proposed improvements.
- For structures, pools/spas and landscaping, show site plan with existing and proposed improvements within the existing fence line.
- For exterior changes, provide details of all materials to be used including quantity, type and size (e.g., 1-gallon, 2-gallon, etc.) of plant material; address drainage plans.
- For re-roofing list the manufacturer, roofing material and color.
- For color changes, include color samples, indicate where each color will be used, the type of surface to be painted (e.g., stucco, wood siding, etc.), manufacturer, and color number.
- For new trees, include type and maximum mature tree height.
